• PHASE BOUNDARY & DENSITY SOLVER

  Traces the full phase envelope of a hydrocarbon mixture, or solves its bubble or dew point directly, and reports density and phase state at the operating point.

• JT EXPANSION ANALYSER

  Predicts downstream temperature and phase across a choke, valve or leak, and the margin to hydrate formation and to minimum design metal temperature.

• BLOWDOWN

  Models vessel depressurisation through a valve or orifice, including flashing liquids: time to target pressure, fluid and wall temperatures, and peak flare load.

  Discharge temperature, polytropic head and power for a centrifugal compressor, calculated on a real-fluid basis.

• RECIPROCATING COMPRESSOR

  Stage-by-stage evaluation of a one- to four-stage reciprocating compressor train from cylinder geometry, or field efficiency from measured readings.

• CENTRIFUGAL PUMP ANALYSIS

  Total dynamic head, power and available NPSH for a centrifugal pump, with the suction condition confirmed liquid before calculation.

• LINE PACK

  Gas inventory held in a pipeline, and the pumping time needed to pack a slack line to a target pressure.

  Expected values at every point of an instrument loop from a single reading, across linear, square-root, RTD and thermocouple profiles.
